FL6 .

The oil filler cap and dipstick are under the bottom front flap,which you pull up,they are on the bottom left hand side.
The coolant reservoir is behind the cab drivers side.
The windscreen wash bottle is under the top front flap,there are clips either side of the flap which need pushing.
The bottle is to the right.



FL7 /FL10

The front grille is opened by pulling at the bottom.

There is a dipstick and filler point behind the grille.

The coolant reservoir is at the top of the engine behind the grille,
coolant should be between  min and  max.

Oil and water are done on start up and can also be done by means of using the display control lever.

Windscreen / headlamp wash .
This is located at the instep on the left hand side of the cab ,it holds about 12 litres.




FL7 /FL10.  1990s

Coolant.
To check the coolant turn the ignition key to drive. The amber warning light should go out after 5 seconds .
If the light stays on top up via the expansion tank, which is located by tilting the cab.
If the red warning light comes on let the engine idle for a minute or two before switching it off.
Contact your fitter.

Headlamp and windscreen wash reservoir.
This is located by opening the front grille , you will see it behind the bumper to the left.

Oil.
FL10 The dipstick is located under the front grille , and on the FL7 it is located beside the oil filler
pipe behind the cab.

BM.

To open the front hood move the lever next to the ignition lock up.

The dipstick is located to the left hand front under the hood,the filler is located on top of the engine.
OIL SHOULD BE CHANGED EVERY 250 OPERATIONAL HOURS.

To check the coolant the header tank is located to the top left of the engine.

The windscreen wash reservoir is located at the top inside the engine compartment near the cab.
